New Race: Wolfkin

Hey all,
I'm looking to find, or learn how to create, the Wolfkin race from Eberron. How do I get started in creating a race?

I'd suggest pulling up a race that looks somewhat similar that's already in files in the Editor and looking at what they do; among other things I'm sure they all bootstrap some powers and have a racial modifier, but I'm not familiar with the specific race so I don't know an example to suggest.

That's a good idea to dupe and tweak an existing race. Newbie question: How do I edit the data files for 4e? I'm sure I can difure out the syntax once I can get in the editor, but I don't know where that is.

OK, I figured it out and managed to add the Wolfkin as a new 4e race. Happy to upload the dat file here if someone shows me where.
