| Description: The powers for a Skald (Essentials bard variant) seemed to all be present in HeroLab, but not the class structure or features. This file implements the class in as effective a fashion as I could manage. Major note: The "Deceptive Duelist" class feature reacts based on the classification of your weapon (whether it is considered two-handed or not), not how many hands it is currently equipped in - particularly relevant to small characters who have to treate versatile weapons as 2H. It's ambiguous as to whether this is correct or not, so I'd be grateful for official references on that subject; from what I can see, as is often the case with WotC clarifications, they have said both yes and no. Also, I don't know how to make HL alter the key attribute for a power based on individual equipped weapons (or if this is even possible); therefore, Deceptive Duelist will be deactivated if any of your equipped weapons is a two-handed weapon. If you want to use your melee basic with Charisma, just dequip any two-handed weapons you are carrying.
