Sorcerer Dragon Magic / Improved Dragon Soul Feat

This feat is to add a +2 bonus to the sorcerers (dragon soul) resistance and it does not seem to be working. When I look at the feat in tools I am not seeing any bonus addition and I really do not know how to do this.

Can anyone help?

from the description box;

{b}Benefit{/b}: The resistance granted by your Dragon Soul increases by 2. The increase changes to 5 at 11th level and 10 at 21st level.

I'd look at the Build Option for Dragon Magic, it already has a few feat sets of code in it for other feats, adding an additional adjustment there might solve it easier than having the feat do the work.
