Updated Tiefling

The Tiefling race power Infernal Wrath was missing the trigger and the source locations this updates the power and because it is an auto added power when the race is picked I have updated it was well. Since I do not know how to replace them with the HL editor I have made updated user files. Possible this summer I can go in with Edit Pad Pro and fix it directly but I do not want to mess up the program since I really dont have time to go back and fix it.... So this is a temporary fix and it allows you the user to see the (updated) version vs the original.

NOTE: this will create a Tiefling2 race which will show up in your race selection as Tiefling (Updated) and a Infernal Wrath (Updated) power. Just so your not shocked

If it's just the power that needs to be fixed, when you create a copy of it.  There's a

Replaces Thing Id box over on the right hand side of the screen, put in the id of the original item there for your new item and it will override it with your copy when somebody gets it bootstrapped by the tiefling race.
