Is there a way one of the real programer types could post a guide on how to make a character class for 4E Then I could work on some of them with out trying to pull my skull open with my bare hands  
Something like do this first then do this (dont forget to add these things) ect would be great.
Then I would bust out the heroes of Shadows classes ect
Oh Yea and something for how to make races so I could help put those in.
