I think whoever took this on would do better to figure out how to let weapons and implements take an augmentation.  Then depending on which weapon you had equipped you would apply the augmentation effects similar to some of the other conditional scripts out there.

The big trick is the structural change to slot augs onto weapons and implements (and armor too?)

I can say at first take that that's a pretty complicated issue.  I think you would have to completely modify how weapons worked first in order to add the ability to set an augment.  Then create the augments as level 0 or 99 or something items that when bought then show up in a drop down for the magic weapon.

Uncheck the "include only recommended powers" option.  You're looking at the Essentials mage, not the original Arcanist.

The Essentials class had recommended spells... and that check box hides the rest.

I went through the fix on the LW forums, but seeing as I was able to get it fixed quickly, I put it up for everybody...

Real life continues to pound me in the head and between that and my semi-loss of interest in 4e (my friends all went to 5e), and finally my self-perceived lack of skill in actual script writing, I'd like to hand over the job to somebody else to compile and update the download.

I can setup an ftp account so you just have to put the files out there after using the Herolab bundler, and I can share the password with you to modify the LoneWolf data that lets HL know there's a new version.

If so... send me an email (c r y p t o at c r y p t o k n i g h t d o t o r g) and we can get you setup.

If you buy the 4e package for hero lab, you'll download the data for 4e when you download the 4e package.

If you buy Herolab and use your license for the Developer Kit version of it, you'll come out of demo mode.

You should be able to delete the 4e directory and just download the update.

The problem with the website was that a DDOS attack was hitting my Webhost's entire site, they fought to get it clamped down.  But it took a while to kill it off... during which the site was down.

For the moment it's all we have, until somebody wants to tackle solving the problem and post code here I can merge in.

I would suggest managing the bonus in the permanent bonuses area and applying it to weapons (or implements) rather than the powers themselves.

I.e. give you character a plain old wand... then add the bonuses to that wand.  Or Sword... etc.

I think the trick would be to fix it at the armor level (Cloth, Plate, Scale, etc)

Some kind of conditional script to detect if the item in question was magical... then based on the item level apply an extra bonus to it.

Sadly this is something to take up with LoneWolf Support.

If you've added the 4e license to your current Hero Lab code, you should only have to go to the License menu and click refresh licenses to get an updated license.

If that doesn't work.... you need to engage Lonewolf, as I have no more access into their licensing system than you do :)
