Herolab 4e Bugs / 4e wont open due to duplicate files error

>When i go to open 4e in classic, it fails to open and i get a message showing a bunch of duplicate records issues, followed by a message showing a showing a syntax error.
If anyone can help with a step by step fix I'd be very grateful.

Hey hey, I'm actually having this same issue. Also I'm mildly computer illiterate , is there anyway someone could provided a step by step on how to fix the duplicate records issue? It wont even let me open 4e.
