Hi, I was converting from WOTC's over priced web builder to HL, when we found that Themes powers/features were missing.
The starting power, Demonic Frenzy wasn't listed.
I compared it to a different Theme that has powers/abilities (Samurai) and the background listed the 3 theme features/powers.
Not sure if anyone is still actively working on 4th ED stuff, since 5th came out. But my wife's group are die hard 4th players.
