Hero Lab 4e

Hello everyone.
This is my first post because this is the first time I have been to this site. Recently, Hero Lab updated to 8.5 and when it did, I couldn't open my 4e game system anymore. The error says: "The data files could not be loaded due to the following errors:
File: ddi_weapon_properties.aug (line 3) - Unspecified error"

I opened that file from the ProgramData as a Notepad file and 'line 3' refers to 'Energized' weapon properties.

In fact here is entire contents of this file:

I tried deleting the file and open it, and it at least opens the game system. I tried uninstalling Hero Lab and only installing v8.4 and it worked, but my character portfolio was corrupted and I had to delete it. At least I have a print out of it.

Any thoughts on this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
