This item does not print a card when equipped. Any ideas how to make it generate a card?

Okay as I poke around it would seem that only things with the compset="MagicItem" seem to print. Only one compset is allowed per item/thing.
So Now to search and find the following about power cards:
1. what makes the header color on each card.
2.what says print this as a power card.
3. identify things that print power cards and that should but do not.

After that we should be able to work on these easier. If anyone is going to GenCon and can speak with Collen or go to the LW how to work the character builder this may be a great way to find out.
