Creating a Campaign setting checkbox

Is there an easy way to have a check box for a home made campaign, similar to LFR and Eberron. Along these lines I am setting up several things for my world, multi common languages (based on world locations) new feats (similar to LFR ect that are world specific, New deities and not existing ones.  would it be hard to have all these turn on with that configure your character hero settings tabs?

You mean you want to add your campaign as a source, alongside the official ones? No worries at all. If you open your content in the editor and change any given thing's "Sources" to include "- New Source -", it will prompt you to create a new source that you can then apply/allow/disallow like any official one (once the user file is loaded by HeroLab).

Or am I misunderstanding? Are you hoping for finer control over individual elements from a source, so you can include (for example) classes from the Eberron sourcebooks, but not deities? That's a little more tricky. Adding new sources is a cinch, but I'm pretty sure it's all-or-nothing as to whether or not you allow a source for a given character.

Depending on how many things you want to remove, you could maybe just cheat and make your new content override things you want to disallow. I mean, when they're making characters, nobody would see that Gwynm was secretly an override of Selune, or whatever - they'd just see a option list containing Gwynm and not Selune. It's rather hacky, but as long as your list of new deities/languages/etc is no smaller than the list of deities/languages/etc you're hiding, it would do the trick.

Thanks Fox, I just wanted a setting to pick from and your help got me there.
 I am planning a large world with deities of different types on different continents, I also want to add backgrounds (like the LFR) did that add bonuses but I have not had time to work on those as of yet. Its been a very busy summer of work and no Play :( I am not even able to make it to Gen-Con this year :(

I am happy to see that people are still working on and using HL4E hope we can finish adding all the missing content soon.
