Bugfix for Elemental Empowerment (present as "Elemental Empowerment II". Corrects the Damage Bonus (which was level/2 too high for the normal version). Also includes "Pyromancy Apprentice" Feat (due to Schools of Magic Apprentice not allowing to choose a school).
