Living Missile has a random requirement that is in the program as well but I am not sure where, I would love to know b/c I would love to add it.
Is the only way to add
{b}Secondary Target:{/b} One creature adjacent to the primary target at any point during the slide
{b}Secondary Attack:{/b} Intelligence vs. Reflex

in the text box below name? like above?

It does have this effect> The main power is greyed out on the Special Tab but both will print on the character sheet and its working :)
I have noticed that some place there is a hidden requirements listing which I can not find nor move to the correct power
Example: (I know this is a different class but I have it while working at this time; Artificer level 1 Daily)
Flameburst Armor must be active to use the attack power Flameburst Armor Attack. I am attacking the .User file (it will replace the HL version of Flameburst armor FYI

I have seen in the editor the space for "Linked To...." mid section left column where all the power range, Action use ect is. This states powers like Cleric channel Divinity powers, could I use something like this to have the attack powers auto show up?

So a lot of psionic powers have a power that needs to be activated (and maintained) that then allow the character to have an attack power (see below ex. Living Missile). How do I make the powers so that when the player picks the main power it generates the attack power and makes a card for it?



Example:
Level 1 Living Missile
Psion Attack
You bind an enemy with a thought, then hurl it into another foe.
Daily Implement, Psionic
Standard Action Ranged 10
Primary Target: One creature
Primary Attack: Intelligence vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is immobilized (save ends).
Miss: The target is slowed (save ends).
Effect: While the target is immobilized or slowed by this power, you can use the Living Missile Attack power once per round.

Living Missile Attack
Daily Implement, Psionic
Minor Action Ranged 10
Requirement: The power Living Missile must be active in order to use this power. This power may be used once per round.
Effect: Before the secondary attack, you slide the primary target 10 squares.
Secondary Target: One creature adjacent to the primary target at any point during the slide
Secondary Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier damage, and the secondary target falls prone. The primary target takes half damage and falls prone.
Miss: Half damage, and the primary target falls prone.

To add to this if your running windows 10 (I just had an issue) it sometimes updates and cause HL to think you have loaded a new OS which makes it go into demo mode. If you are under the 120 day window then you have to request Lone Wolf to allow you to early update your Licence. Try using Firefox the WoTC silver light seems to run a bit (very little) nicer on it.

Are you going if so do you want to hook up meet face to face. Talk about what we would like to do take our ideas to Lone Wolf to get direct help?
Or how about role some dice together in a game, My group will be running several slots of D&D 4E adventures if your interested, plus other systems.

Does it include; Themes, Backgrounds, fixes (IE classes, powers, feats, races ect) or does it just make HL work with the current frame work settings? I am trying to make a post for my game group members that have HL so that they know what all they will need to download.
