Herolab 4e Bugs / Hybrid Battlemind not working as it should

the 3rd lvl encounter power Lodestone Lure does not show up as an option, plus there is some issues with picks for being a Hybrid battlemind.
Not sure if anyone else noticed or has worked with it.

I was trying to make a Hybrid Battlemind/Barbarian Goliath [why it sounded cool in my head] but HL is not giving me the love it should...

I made the Tinker Gnome, its a standard race and everything, when I made it racial powers I added Tinker Gnome as a power Class, BUT somehow its worked into all racial powers! dwarven resilience halfling 2nd chance ect now list (tinker gnome) under the title.

I cant figure out how this is happening or why [maybe its my timing error

I am attaching my files if anyone can help that would be GREAT

This Feat War Wizard's Expertise
Prerequisite: Any arcane class
Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to the attack rolls of arcane powers and basic attacks that you make with a light blade or a heavy blade. This bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.
    Also, when you use an arcane attack power with a light blade or a heavy blade, your attack rolls take a ?5 penalty against your allies.

Should add a bonus to light or heavy blade with arcane powers but it does not seem to be working:

Hey Everyone,
 I will be attending GenCon again this year, are any of you going to be there and if so would you like to get together? I am running [with a group of GMs. and All day event Saturday 10 hours 9am til 7pm Battle interactive and my group will be running most of Friday. It is all 4E D&D home made adventures and HL [pregen] characters.

You can look us up by Mackenzie's Marauders we will be in the JW Marriott room 312 stop in and say hi or join us!

The weapon  reads as follows but HL only adds the AC bonus not the Ref any suggestions

This sword's broad cross guard is larger and thicker than normal, but a few practice swipes with this weapon show that it is still perfectly balanced.

Is there any way to add races and the powers that go with them, ie I am looking at the Tinker Gnome from Dragon 422 april 2013, and would like to add it to the program but there are new racial powers and a few tweaks that would be nice to have a step guide of what/how to add this.

Any ideas all ? :o

Flavor text" Warlocks manipulate arcane power, as wizards do, but their conduit to that power is vastly different. For a warlock, it?s as much about who you know as what you know?and in effect, the two are the same.
    All warlocks gain access to their power by entering into a pact with some force or entity in which that power rests. In return for their continuing loyalty and service to the source of their power, warlocks become more adept at their craft, and the abilities they bring to the battlefield grow more lethal.
    The type of warlock you can create with this book is the binder.
its from Heros of Shadows (Published in Heroes of Shadow, page(s) 67.) powers are in the program [as always] but a few class features are missing:
Class features: Level 1 Binder Daily Power, Level 1 Pact Encounter Power, Pact Boon (Binder), Shadow Claws, Shadow Twist [Hybrid only gets this if they take binder], Shadow Walk.

Herolab 4e Development / How to allow resistance show up

there are several types of Armor that grant resistance bonuses;
Wintersnap Armor; Properties: You gain cold resistance equal to 3 + twice the armor's enhancement bonus. Ebon armor does a similar effect.

Any idea how to make this happen it probably will be a bootstrap I am guessing.

So a lot of psionic powers have a power that needs to be activated (and maintained) that then allow the character to have an attack power (see below ex. Living Missile). How do I make the powers so that when the player picks the main power it generates the attack power and makes a card for it?

Level 1 Living Missile
Psion Attack
You bind an enemy with a thought, then hurl it into another foe.
Daily Implement, Psionic
Standard Action Ranged 10
Primary Target: One creature
Primary Attack: Intelligence vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is immobilized (save ends).
Miss: The target is slowed (save ends).
Effect: While the target is immobilized or slowed by this power, you can use the Living Missile Attack power once per round.

Living Missile Attack
Daily Implement, Psionic
Minor Action Ranged 10
Requirement: The power Living Missile must be active in order to use this power. This power may be used once per round.
Effect: Before the secondary attack, you slide the primary target 10 squares.
Secondary Target: One creature adjacent to the primary target at any point during the slide
Secondary Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier damage, and the secondary target falls prone. The primary target takes half damage and falls prone.
Miss: Half damage, and the primary target falls prone.
