| Description: Fixes the issue that this was not counted. Does NOT count for powers with "can be used as Basic Melee Attack" (is this possible to do? And do the bracers even count for it? Not sure about it?) UPDATE: Found out it counts for "Can be used as Basic Melee Attack". Hardcoded support for "Virtuous Strikes". Needs to be fixed for other AtWill's still. Also fixed that it only counts when the item is equipped now. UPDATE 2: Included all other powers which are used as basic Melees (hardcoded, so if at one point more powers would be added this would need changing). Also the bonus is now (correctly) calculated as Damage Bonus and not as Feat Damage Bonus as it was in the first two versions I uploaded. UPDATE 3: Fixed the naming of the Title of the forums post, and also removed the "II" notation using replacing of the original version.
