| Description: This implementation has the following flaws (due to me not knowing how to implement it): - The Damage bonus is included also for the offhand, no matter if it is dragontooth or not (for the attack bonus it is calculated correctly, though) - it only checks for "Superior Implement Training", not for "Superior Implement Training (Dragontooth Wand)" (I do not know how to do the latter, only how to do the first) It only covers the "Dragontooth Magic Wand", other Wand-Types on request (it has to be implemented for every type of Wand individually, due to the way Hero Lab handles Magic items).
